Notice of Public Hearing - Final Budget Approval

On May 12, 2020, the Board of Directors of the Central Fire Protection District of Santa Cruz County adopted a Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Preliminary Budget. Copies of the Preliminary Budget are available for viewing on our District website at https://www.centralfpd.com/DocumentCenter/View/1487/2020-2021-Preliminary-District-Budget , and may also be obtained via email request to sarahm@aptosfire.com, or by calling our Administrative Office at 831-316-3549. On September 15, 2020, at 2:00 PM the Board of Directors will meet at the same location and hold a Public Hearing at their regular Board Meeting, prior to approval of the Final Budget. Any person may appear and be heard regarding any item contained in the budget, or regarding the addition of other items to the budget. Members of the public are encouraged to attend via teleconference, due to COVID-19 concerns. Directions for attending via phone or electronic device will be made available on the agenda, which will be made available on the District website within 72 hrs. of the meeting.
