Brief Scenario of Incident: Central Fire of Santa Cruz responded to a report of flames coming from a business on 41st Avenue.  First arriving units found flames showing from the doors and roof of the business located at 2711 41st Avenue.  Three alarms would be used to bring the fire under control.

Injuries: 1- minor injury to a firefighter

Transported to: Dominican Hospital
Facilities: None
Total Time to Contain: 3 hours
Total Time to Control: 6 hours
Number of CTL Units and Personnel: 1 Battalion Chief, 4 engines, 1 truck, and a light unit (15 total personnel)
Automatic Aid/Mutual Aid Used: Mutual aid responded from City of Santa Cruz, Aptos/La Selva, Watsonville, Scotts Valley, B-40, Felton (20 total personnel)
